One customer will be able to cash in from a maximum of BDT 30,000 and cash out a maximum of BDT 25,000 in a day, by a maximum of 5 transactions. Moreover, Monthly one customer can do a maximum of BDT 200,000 cash in by a maximum of 25 transactions and can do a maximum of BDT 150,000 cash out by a maximum of 20 transactions. No charge will be required for the cash in. If the Cash Out transaction amount is 2,100 taka or more, the charge will be 9.99 taka per every 1000 taka (without vat) through the app and 12.99 taka per every 1000 taka (without vat) through USSD, and if If the Cash Out transaction amount is less than 2,100 taka the charge will be 15.22 taka per every 1000 taka (without vat) through the app and 16.09 taka per every 1000 taka (without vat) through USSD. By using “Send Money”, one customer will be able to send a maximum of BDT 25,000 per transaction to another NAGAD customer. One customer will be able to send BDT 25,000 per day within a maximum of 50 transactions and BDT 200,000 per month within 100 transactions. Every time the customer will be charged 5 Taka to send money using USSD (*167#), but no charges will be applicable to send money by using NAGAD app. For Mobile Recharge a customer can recharge a maximum of BDT 10,000 per day within a maximum of 50 transactions and BDT 100,000 per month within 1,500 transactions but not more than BDT 1,000 for each transaction.
