‘Nagad’ Account now allows you to pay ‘LankaBangla’ credit card bills anytime, from anywhere. Now you can easily pay ‘LankaBangla’ credit card bill through ‘Nagad’ App or USSD at your convenience. There is no limit on credit card bill payment. During the campaign period, a customer will be charged 0.8% on the bill payment amount and can get cashback up to a maximum of BDT 200 on total bill payment amount. This cashback will only be applicable for first time bill payment with a ‘Nagad’ Account. Customers will be able to enjoy this offer till October 31, 2020. Conditions apply.

A customer will be able to pay the credit card bill through the ‘Nagad’ App and USSD using his personal ‘Nagad’ Account.

 

How to make ‘LankaBangla’ credit card bill payment through ‘Nagad’ App:

  • Log in to the ‘Nagad’ App and select the ‘Bill Pay’ service
  • Select ‘LankaBangla Card’ after entering ‘Bill Pay’
  • Select credit card type ‘Visa Card/MasterCard’ and enter the card number
  • Enter the amount of money
  • Type 4 digit PIN and go to the next step
  • Tap and hold
  • Receive confirmation SMS at the end of payment

 

How to make ‘LankaBangla’ credit card bill payment through ‘Nagad’ USSD:

  • Dial *167#
  • Type 5 to select ‘Bill Pay’ from the menu
  • Type 5 to select ‘Bank & FI’ from the menu
  • Type 1 and click on the send button to select ‘LankaBangla Credit Card’
  • Select credit card type Visa Card/MasterCard
  • Enter the card number
  • Enter the amount of money
  • Type 4 digit PIN
  • Receive confirmation SMS at the end of payment

Terms and Conditions for ‘LankaBangla’ Credit Card bill payment cashback campaign offer by ‘Nagad’:

 

  • This campaign is only applicable for the ‘Nagad’ customer who will pay the ‘LankaBangla’ Credit Card bill for the 1st time only after this campaign begins. If any ‘Nagad’ customer already paid his or her credit card bill through Nagad App or USSD prior to this campaign, then that ‘Nagad’ customer will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.
  • ‘Nagad’ customer shall be eligible to receive cashback amount of 1% but maximum BDT 200 on the total amount of credit card bill payment.
  • The cashback will be received by ‘Nagad’ customer within next 3 (three) working days from the date of bill payment.
  • This campaign shall start from 8th September and runs until 31st October 2020.
  • Suspended ‘Nagad’ Account holders will not be eligible for this campaign.
  • Except for Customer account compliance issue, if the receivable cashback to any ‘Nagad’ Account fails due to any unknown reason, Nagad will retry to send the cashback amount for 3 (three) attempts within 2 months after the failure. If all attempts fail, ’Nagad’ customer will no longer be entitled for the cashback.
  • ‘Nagad’ reserves the right to change/modify terms & conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
  • Any decision taken by ‘Nagad’ with respect to this campaign, shall be in the sole discretion of ‘Nagad’ and shall be deemed final.
  • ‘Nagad’ announces that:
  1. It shall not at any point request the selected customer to disclose its One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the Account
  2. It shall not require the selected customer to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
  • It shall contact the selected customer using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion with regards to any phone call be it from the said numbers or any other, the customer must end the call and call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call.
  • ‘Nagad’ shall not be responsible for any loss or damages to the ‘Nagad’ customer for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.
  • In the event of any dispute, the customer shall first contact the 16167 or 096 096 16167.
  • These terms and conditions shall be translated both in Bangla and English version. In the event of any conflict between Bangla and English version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
