Campaign Description:

  • Customer will get an incentive for every 2,500 BDT or more Cash In from an Uddokta Point and upon answering correct answer to question.
  • Every week at least one customer will win BDT 50,000, and at least another customer BDT 100,000.
  • Campaign will start from 1st September, 2019.
  • Incentive amount will vary customer to customer basis.
  • Within 24 Hours only one pair of Customer and Uddokta will be eligible for the incentive. If a customer Cashes In from an Uddokta multiple times, that customer and uddokta will get the incentive for the first Cash In amount of BDT 2,500 or more.
  • Customers will be eligible if they make cashes in from different Uddokta.
  • Incentive amount will be disbursed after 72 hours.
  • Campaign terms and condition will be reviewed, amended or canceled as per requirement.

 

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

  • The campaign will start from 1st September, 2019.
  • All Customers who cash-in BDT. 2,500 or above in one transaction and subsequently correctly answer to question shall become eligible to be selected under this campaign.
  • A Customer shall be eligible for Nagad-e Lakhpoti only once in a day.
  • The incentive amount will be disbursed after 72 hours.
  • In the event a Customer is disbursed an amount of BDT 50,000 or BDT 100,000, he/she shall not be eligible for another disbursement in the same week.
  • In order to receive disbursement, the customer account must be active.
  • If disbursement fails due to any customer account status issue, customer shall not receive disbursement for the campaign.
  • In case disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except for customer account status issue, Nagad will retry disbursement manually with three intervals within 2 months after the failure. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made and customer will no longer be entitled for the disbursement of the campaign.
  • In order to receive disbursement, the customer account must be active.
  • Nagad reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice..
  • Nagad reserves the right to cancel disbursement to comply with applicable laws and internal policies of Nagad or if any particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the Customer has abused the benefit of the campaign.

 

  • Nagad announces that:
  1. it shall not at any point request the selected Customer to disclose its One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the account,
  2. it shall not require the selected Customer to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
  3. It shall contact the selected Customer using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion with regards to any phone call be it from the said numbers or any other, the Customer must end the call and call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call.

Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.
