  • If the unregistered Robi or Airtel subscriber is referred by any Nagad Uddokta through ‘Referral’ feature to open a Nagad Account, the Robi or Airtel scriber may avail Tk. 11 balance by opening Nagad Account upon setting his PIN within 72 hours of such ‘Referral’. To avail the balance, the Customer’s National Identity Number and other related information must be verified successfully as per policy of Nagad.
  • The successfully registered Customer shall avail Tk. 11 balance within 72 hours of such successful registration.
  • In the event the referred Robi or Airtel scriber fails to register himself/herself within 72 hours from the time of Referral, Tk. 11 sent to him by Uddokta shall be returned to Uddokta, and the Robi or Airtel scriber shall not receive the said Tk. 11 even after successful registration after 72 hours.
  • The offer shall start from 12-05-2020 and shall continue until further notice.
  • In the event any Uddokta sends Tk. 11 by Referral to any unregistered Robi or Airtel scriber, upon successful registration of the said subscriber, the Uddokta shall get Tk. 22 for such successful registration.
  • In the event any Uddokta sends Tk. 11 by Referral to any existing Robi or Airtel Customer, the Uddokta shall not be entitled to get any money in return.
  • Registration shall be considered successful upon successful PIN setup within 72 hours of Referral and once the Nagad Customer Account verified and upgraded in accordance with Nagad’s internal policies.
  • Nagad reserves the right to change/modify these terms & conditions or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
  • Any decision taken by Nagad with respect to the campaign, shall be in the sole discretion of Nagad and shall be deemed final.
  • Nagad announces that:
  1. it shall not at any point request any Customer to disclose its One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the account,
  2. it shall not require any Customer to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
  3. it shall contact the Customer using only its hotline numbers (16167 or 096 096 16167). For any confusion with regards to any phone call be it from the said numbers or any other, the Customer must hang up the call and call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call.

Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.

  • In the event of any dispute, the Customer shall first contact through its hotline numbers (16167 or 096 096 16167).
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be translated in Bangla and in the event of any conflict between this English version and the Bangla version, this English version shall prevail.
